Deploy Sprint is co-engineered by the Knurdz and Leo student tech communities, exclusively for undergraduate students at the University of Moratuwa. After a mandatory physical bootcamp, finalists compete in a 6-hour on-campus DevOps hackathon. The virtual qualifier determines who reaches the finale, where everyone acts as release engineers, integrating pre-built features into live cloud VPS nodes via GitHub Actions.
Register June 5–18, attend the bootcamp, pass the qualifier, then compete July 4 on campus. Teams deploy through pull requests and automated pipelines only. No SSH to servers. The prize pool includes LKR 50,000 (1st), LKR 30,000 (2nd), LKR 20,000 (3rd), medals, certificates, awards, a People's Choice most popular team honor, and membership opportunities with Knurdz & Leo.
